Flew all the way to Italy from the US to watch a soccer game we paid good money for, only for us to be rejected at the entrance becauye we were sold fake tickets. After long talks with customer service we were given our refund, but there were other costs associated with this that went down the drain...
We received the fake tickets a day before the event and StubHub didn't do anything to check the validity of the tickets beforehand.
