Three separate calls over a week , 7 hours in total on the phone , with ZERO resolution! The amount of times I was put on hold , apologized to was ridiculous . The concert is in 3 weeks , one of the buyers has cancelled their order but I’m being told I have to pay StubHub 234$ or buy another set of tickets to sell to the person that has already cancelled ?? Can anyone make this make sense ??? FIRST AND LAST TIME using stubcraphub !! When you call them , it sounds like an illegal call centre with constant shouting in the background ! I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars to this joke of a company !
