I have been calling Stubhub for over 2 months asking about my tickets. My concert is in another state and now 13 days away. I am getting different information every day from Emmanuel or Dave or Kevin or whoever doesn't speak English that day answers the phone. I have asked repeatedly to have my money refunded and or the tickets given to me today and have received nothing. Stubhub is the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend, promote or use Stubhub again.
