I wish I could give negative stars. I will NEVER use Stubhub again! They refused to give me better seats without charging me! Their idea of comparable was obstructed view or behind the stage. They also didn’t want to reimburse me the difference between my great seats and the horrible seats they wanted to give me. Nothing was easy all while I was driving to the venue. The amount of stress I went through was indescribable. It was one hour until my concert and I still had no tickets. I ended up going on Ticketmaster and paying almost twice what I spent on stubhub. Still waiting for my refund. DON’T use them. I warned you!!!!!!!
