My event on Saturday, May 18th was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday, May 20th. I could not make the rescheduled event and Stubhub would not let me relist my tickets for sale. I have over $3,000 in 10 tickets and after talking with 2 representatives and them telling me I can relist them as soon as they escalate my issue, the third representative I spoke with after calling back AGAIN said I couldn’t. They charged me over $800 worth of fees and I got absolutely no help from anyone. This is a ripoff!! Stubhub is absolutely ridiculous to deal with and their customer service is terrible!!!
