The seller canceled my ticket (parking pass) right after my purchase - an hour before the show - I had to go to another site to purchase another parking pass and now Stub Hub says I am not entitled to a refund because I didn't call them immediately to let them know. I am out $49.50 because I didn't call them right away to let them know, even though I have email proof that the ticket was canceled and I did not receive it which i sent to them while I was on the phone with them. It was my 1st time going though Stub Hub and the experience was horrible. I will never again re-live this experience. :(
