STUBHUB allows fraud and do not use them. I bought tickets for Taylor Swift in Portugal on 5/24 in February of 2024. Originally some strange person emailed me (how they got my email, I have no idea) saying they were the seller of the tickets and that they would not get the ticket till second week of May but would forward to me. They asked me and I also received a STUBHUB request to register with seetickets Portugal account. After going back and forth with STUBHUB (waiting hours on hold and then getting a person and call getting disconnected), them supposedly calling me back even though I have not received any calls from them, writing to the supposed seller, emailing STUBHUB few times, writing on their contact email- as of today 5/23 I neither have the tickets nor refund. Do NOT USE them. You will lose your money. FRAUD is rampant from what I now understand using their site.
