Ordered tickets. Said theyd come day before event. Then an email 2 weeks early said theyd been delivered by fedex to my gate. Nothing there. Over an hour waiting on the phone. They refuse to cancel the tickets I didnt receive and issue me new ones. Called again today. Same response. Refuse to help me with getting ticket replacements. Spent 2k between tickets and airbnb 6 months ago for my friends bday. Only to find out a week before the event that we dont have any tickets. Stubhub is a comolete scam and a rip-off!! Buyer go somewhere else!
