Bait and switch. They provided tickets one hour before show for the wrong row (receipt clearly shows my ordered row, but actual delivery was completely different). A row with much less favorable seats than what I paid almost $1,000 for is what was delivered. My choice, release the issues tix with no guarantee of being able to see the show and try to secure the correct row. Or take the crappy seats and get a 25% credit to a future purchase with SH, but only good for one year. Classic bait and switch. Buyer be very aware of this scam site.
