StubHub charged me for tickets that I had listed for sale but was unable to deliver until 72 hours before the event. Their policy states that you have until 48 hours before an event to deliver, yet they charged me 1 week in advance. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get them to reverse this charge and despite my upset, my demands to speak with a manager and my insistence that I was not responsible to deliver the tickets at that time, they still charged me and put me in a position to have to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. The result is a huge loss of my time and a ton of aggravation. I will never use StubHub again and hope that no one else ever has to experience the terrible customer service that I encountered.
