I ordered tickets to an event (my favorite artist) 4 months before it happened. I received the tickets one month in advance, with barcodes and everything. Fast forward to the day of the concert as I’m in line. Right as the doors opened I received and email telling me that my tickets were no longer valid and that I would receive a refund. I didn’t care about the refund, I wanted to get into those doors. I would like to add that there were over 100 fans that had the same issue, all bought from stubhub. There we all were, not allowed into the venue to see our favorite artist. There were 30-50 of us who called stubhub to get this resolved, and Stubhub was everything BUT helpful. They did not care at all. I never EVER recommend buying tickets off of Stubhub. It’s a scam that allows people to be scammers!!
