Stubhub is a shady business! Customer service was horrible and at the end of the day I never got into the Dave Matthews concert.
One of my tickets worked the other was invalid. Spoke to 2 customer service reps, the first the call went down and never got a call back. The second escalated my call 3 times and never received a ticket!
At the end of the day received a coupon, but never my service fees or taxes! There was no “100% guarantee” anything and never got into the concert!
Wonder if Stub Hub will be accountable!
