Need a zero star... this outfit is a complete rip off. Purchased 10 tickets on day of game. Had no idea the only way to get tickets was by downloading an app. Asked at ticket counter at venue and they said the tickets weren't in our name. Tried calling stubhub, no answer... ended up having to buy 10 more tickets (for group). called several times over next week and eventually got told they can't refund tickets because we failed to uplift the tickets even though we couldn't access them KEEP CLEAR... DREADFUL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHADY AND SHONKY. Do I sound ripped off.? You bet I am!
