Tried to download my tickets two hours before the dodgers game. Tickets were not available. Online chat no help at all, said to contact customer service. After being on hold for several minutes , Stub Hub customer service rep told me I had to download the mlb app onto my phone, which made no sense and was of no help. After that didn’t work he hung on me while I was speaking. I eventually called enough time and got someone that did help me , two and hours later, causing me to miss the first two innings of the game. I would never recommend or buy any tickets from stub hub again !
