This company is a total scam. We bought tickets for the LA philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl . Could not down load tickets. Called customer service and no help at all. As no tickets received was unable to resell. Eventually had to go in person to the Bowl and buy tickets. Stubhub never refunded the original tickets and therefore we lost $526.00. Never use this company they are complete scam and shouldn't be allowed to do business.
