I would give a 0 if I could. Just like other customer said they issue you tickets that are not available and then tell you they can’t give you a refund unless you accept alternative tickets with worse seating. Even then, the tickets did not come on time. I spent four hours on the phone and finally got a refund because I told them I reported them to PayPal who would be refunding my money anyway, stay away!
