I traveled over five hours to see a comedian. I had bought StubHub tickets for the event eight months prior. I never got the tickets, and less than an hour and a half before the show they told me my tickets were canceled. They couldn’t get them from the seller, so sorry …. So I had a 5 1/2 hour drive, hotel room, multiple parking fees, And a 5 1/2 hour drive home The next day and never got to see an event while I was there. I called StubHub to try and get any tickets to pretty much any show, and they said that they had fulfilled their obligation toward me by refunding me the money of my tickets and there was nothing else they could do for me, sorry!!! Oh, but they did give me $150 StubHub credit as if I would ever order from them again!
