I bought my concert tickets in April, 2024, just for them to never arrive for an event on 6/25/2024. On 6/25/2024, early in the morning, I contacted the Hub Stub customer service they told me to be patient and wait until til 4 PM on 6/25/204 and that tickets will arrive. At 4 PM, I called again and they told me that the seller was unable to fulfill my order and deliver tickets and they stated they could only offer me a refund and a voucher for $81. It appears that they sold my tickets for higher price. I am beyond upset and disappointed at Stub Hub. They play dirty games with people’s money and feelings. And, I give them no stars!
