I purchased a parking lot ticket through Stub Hub for a San Diego Padres Game, however the parking lot was unavailable on game day due to construction and I had to park in another parking lot for additional money. When I contacted Stub Hub to request a refund, they refused to refund my money. This is unacceptable! I will never use Stub Hub again.
