StubHub is the absolute worst ticket company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a ticket for an event to be beside my group then received an "upgraded" that was placed in the same section but completely away from my group. I was not asked id I wanted an upgrade or I would have politely declined and searched for another ticket. I asked for a refund but was told not due to receiving the "correct" ticket even through it was not the ticket I intended to purchase. StubHub basically just told me to deal with it so now I'm stuck with a ticket in the wrong row away from my group which was not the reason for me buying through StubHub for the exact seat I saw and purchased to be by my group. What if this ticket was purchased for a child to sit by their parents and they were just randomly "upgraded" and relocated without the option of exchange or refund?? StubHub sucks, never recommend and will never use again.
