Trying to go to a NFL game and are tickets never did transfer. Reading other post this seems to be there normal standard procedure. I will never use Stub Hub again. I was told I could get a refund. They never sent me the link. I did get 2 surveys. Gave them a 0 on both. Called the next day and said it was too late for a refund. This company just doesn’t care. The word needs to get out and not use them for transactions. The BBB gave this company a F. Wish I knew this beforehand. Never again.
