My account was hacked and someone bought a ticket using my gift card balance. 6 weeks have gone by and still no refund. I have made 20 calls with no result. DO NOT USE STUBHUB. They have no customer service. I may call the attorney general of Ohio and report them. They are the worst ticket scam out there.
