Stub Hub is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I am writing the Md Attorney general about it. I bought tickets in row P for my grandchildren to see Mamma Mia. After holding on the phone for 45 minutes with them on the day of the show, on the way to the venue, they told me the seller never had the tickets I bought but that he was offering row T, five rows further back. They told me I had better take them. I took them. After holding on the phone for another hour, they told me that he didn't have those tickets either. Horrible horrible experience - completely fraudulent.
