I ordered tickets at 4 pm for a 7 pm event. When I went into the event, they told me the tickets were for noon and I couldn't get in. I had to text customer support and chat with 2 different associates (one was disconnected) and was told I would be reimbursed. They gave me a $70 voucher (that I won't use) and told me that is all they can do. When I looked at my credit card statement, they put another bill of $240.44 for something else. I will never use them again.
