I bought tickets to USOPEN and missed receiving tickets but caught the mistake weeks ahead of event. Called them over and over again and they told me repeatedly the tickets would be sent and my problem resolved. The supervisor was awful and refused to honor the promises the agents had given me regarding correcting the problem. Worst sales experience of my adult life.
