Ordered my tickets for a football game back In July and the game was in September. The day of the even came and i never received my tickets. I had multiple phone calls with Stubhub and was reassured I would have my tickets before my event started. And I was basically told to wait an hour before the event and they would send me a link to get new ones… the seller never processed my tickets.. and they just said I had to wait. Needless to say I will NEVER use Stubhub again as SeatGeek is better and way more trustworthy..
