I bought 2 tickets for the Pink Tacoma concert. The tickets were suppose to be sent by the seller the day of the concert. When I didn’t receive the tickets I called customer service and they had me choose a different seller. They gave me replacement tickets because the seller wouldn’t release my tickets that I had paid for. The replacement tickets still were not showing up because the seller wouldn’t release them either and I am sitting outside the concert waiting for them. I had traveled 8 hours to see Pink. I called them and asked them to refund my money because I just bought tickets at the box office of the Tacoma Dome. They said they would and then all of a sudden the seller sent the tickets 5 minutes before the concert was to start. They said there was nothing they could do. What made it worse was that the stubhub worker told me that it was all my fault. So I was stuck with 4 tickets because they wanted to jerk me around until the concert started.
