Same as everyone else. Bought tickets for Aerosmith and it was cancelled. I was told I would receive a full refund on August 3, 2024. It's September 5, and I still have not received my refund. There's no one to speak to other than the poor people that answer the phone. Keep getting the run around. They even tried to tell me they gave me the money at one point, which they did not. They told me to check with my bank because the issue was on their end, it was not. Do not use them!
