DO NOT USE THEM!
This company only protects themselves and the sellers even though their entire slogan is "with you from purchase to seat". They screw over their buyers, without fail. They are literally stealing money from their buyers. How this company is allowed to exist in the US is beyond me. They need to be shut down and prosecuted for false advertising and false business practices.
