I currently bought tickets to the Tennessee titans NFL game. The tickets were sold to me by a 3rd party. It was the handicap section. I called customer service to get new seats. I followed all of the instructions to either get new tickets or a refund.i was told I would receive an email for either a refund or new seats. It’s been 3 weeks I’ve called stub hub once a week. My issue has not been resolved. I’ve done everything they told me to do. They still have my money and nothing was resolved.
