I listed some tickets with them and then they tell me they will expire in 48 hours. So after 2 days it's the day of the event and it starts within a few hours. At this time I give my tickets to my family to use. As they are on the way to the event I get an email (after they should have expired) saying they were sold. I said they can't be sold anymore and they are now charging me $580 for the tickets that I never even sold. They hide behind policy and won't do anything.
