I bought some tickets for a Braves game and parking. Due to death in the family I needed to resell tickets. The parking ticket was a QR code and couldn't be re listed despite being sold to me as resellable. I contacted support days before the game. Lots of wrong answers. I again contacted support the day of, no help. Followed up on Instagram where they told me they couldn't do anything as the game had passed. They told me "you should've just given them to a family member or something". That was a really appalling response. I will do everything possible to stop giving them any more of my hard earned money (they've made thousands off me the last few years)
