I purchased four tickets to a football game in Waco, Texas a week before the game and had family come down 700 miles away to join me and I never received the tickets. I got a refund but what about my family that traveled down here, do they get reimbursed for hotel and gas? Unless you’re at the end of your rope to get certain tickets, do not use StubHub what a crock of sh**!!!!!!!!
