paid high dollar for sec 206 tickets in the sphere in Las Vegas. received tickets in a different section the day of the event after we flew to vegas from PHL. i complained by email, chat and phone. they convinced me they would make sure i got what i paid for so i sent the tickets back and waited for them to send me the sec 206 tickets i paid for, two hours later they sent back THE SAME tickets and said thats the best they could do. took 4 hours to deal with this ordeal and i ended up with a refund. very unprofessional people "helped" me, most of which could not speak enough english to deal with the problem. very disappointed, will never deal w them again.
