I bought two tickets only to receive one!! At the time i was already outside the venue!! Stubhub could not get the other ticket and told me i would get a refund.
Ive been on the phone with them numerous times, as well as emails. I'm still waiting a month later for that refund! And it wasn't cheap. Personlly would Never use this company! I think they are a Scam ! Not only did they take my money but they left me and my daughter disappointed at the gate
