Crooks. Absolute crooks. Ripped me off for over $2,200.00 Never got tickets to a game even after 5-6 calls with customer service. Last customer service person told me I would receive a link where I could either get comparable tickets OR a full refund. Never got the email, had to buy 4 new tickets through VividSeats day of the event, got the tickets from VividSeats (great experience) in 10 minutes. Every experience with VividSeats has been amazing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID StubHub. They put 22 year old kids on the phone to read off a script when you get ripped off. They say they will "elevate" the issue and never do. Put you on hold and laugh at you as they know their company is ripping you off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with StubHub!
