Terrible experience trying to sale tickets. I rarely use after market tickets sites but I needed to sale my tickets so I wouldn’t take a loss. I listed the tickets on StubHub with the intentions of selling all 4 together. I got a congratulations text saying you sold 1 ticket. I did not want to sale 1 ticket and be left with 3. StubHub does not make clear on there site on how your tickets will be sold. I elected not to sale 1 ticket and relisted all 4 and found the option to sale all together. Low and behold StubHub sold 1 ticket again. I did not realize that when I no seller the tickets they charged me a total of $650. Which put my bank account in the negative and on top of that I got hit with overdraft fees of $70 total. I’ve recjed out to StubHub several times and every time it’s like starting over. It’s a new person who has no idea what you’re talking about. I feel like I was mugged in a dark alley and my wallet was stolen. I’m not trying to get over on anybody here. This is a billion dollar company who cares nothing about the people who keep them afloat. The sellers. This is so disheartening.
