I purchased two general admission tickets to a concert and was transferred balcony seats, which I didn’t accept. called immediately and was on the phone with customer support for over an hour with nothing getting resolved. I mailed a dispute and talked to two other representatives with still no resolution. Eveyone just wants you to re-state your issue, promise to help, and then don’t. After two weeks of back and forth, I decided my peace was worth more than $187 so I just gave up on them and accepted the loss; no tickets, no refund. I’ll never do business with them again, nor do I recommend them to anyone else.
