I purchased 2 tickets to the Boston Red Sox game several weeks ago for today’s game. I received an email stating the seller had not sent the tickets yet, but “don’t worry, we will take care of it”. An hour and a half before start time, I called stub hub and was told “don’t worry, we will find replacement tickets for you.” We pay $60 to park , and still no tickets so I call back (and now it is game time). I receive an email states “so sorry, but we do not have a replacement for you & we can issues a refund.”
We flew to Boston from DFW, and then I also paid $60 to park… but don’t worry , StubHub gave me a $42 voucher. I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB AGAIN!!!
