I wish I could give less than one star… bought Garth Brooks tickets for my moms 60th had her sister and cousin as well as mom and I fly to Vegas only to find they had a system glitch and could not get my tickets at the door. The customer service was terrible they told me they would give me a $200 voucher which they then said they would not give me… thankfully the ticket office at Cesears was AMAZING and saved the day with new tickets. We had an additional $400 out of pocket but StubHub will not make it right. I would cuatuon anyone to use this company.
