I purchased tickets for a concert that was canceled, and StubHub still hasn’t refunded my money after three months! Their customer service has been useless, giving me the runaround every time I call. I’ve followed all their procedures, yet they keep “investigating” without any resolution. How long does it take to process a refund for a canceled event? I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability. I’ll never use StubHub again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Buyers beware — they’re quick to take your money but will leave you hanging when it comes to refunds!
