They have not paid me for selling my tickets. Their policy states that they will pay the seller within 5-8 business days after the event. If I get paid on Monday, and that’s a big IF, it will have been 15 business days after the event! Many customer service people told me there was an “issue” with my payout and that they had to escalate the issue. I was never told what the issue was and was given the corporate run around by five different customer service reps. I will never deal with StubHub again.
