I could not access my tickets that I purchased on the day of the concert for my 5 year old. They do not email you the tickets right away, when I received the tickets, I was unable to download them. The only form of contact is an AI chat. When I was able to speak with someone days later they “couldn’t” do anything about it. Terrible customer service, they do not have any service at all. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS HERE.
