Stubhub is the WORST "marketplace" DO NOT USE THEM! We bought 9 tickets to Meghan Trainor in JUNE for the show on OCTOBER 8th. The tickets were never transferred to us. Show started at 6:30. We had been on and off the phone with them since 10am the morning of to be told at 7pm that our tickets were "just lost". They "confirmed with the seller" that the tickets were transferred to our AXS account. We called AXS and they had no records of our tickets and told us to call Stubhub back. 8 hours we spent trying to get these tickets that were bought and paid for 3 months in advance just to show up at the show with 0 tickets. All they said was "we are just a marketplace" basically saying it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do for us. We ended up having to buy new tickets at the box office at the venue spending additional money and I've heard horror stories about people not getting a refund so we spent roughly $2000 to see this show. Stubhub is the worst! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!
