I purchased tickets to the Liberty Flames vs. Appalachian State Mountaineers Football game on Saturday Sep 28, 2024. Unfortunately, western North Carolina, where the game was supposed to be played, was impacted heavily by Hurricane Helene, and the game was canceled, not to be postponed or rescheduled, as confirmed by the venue and both football programs. Despite providing the email I received from the venue and multiple direct links to both schools' websites confirming the game will not be played, StubHub refuses to process a refund or escalate the issue higher So far the customer service reps I have spoken with have been extremely unhelpful, and at times even unprofessional.
