no good. I ordered same day tickets,
they sent me instant confirmation, then 5 min later - an email saying there was an issue with the vendor and wait for another email.
No email, No tickets, to get in the event.
I was still charged.
Customer service said it was my responsibility to call them. . .
screw those guys and corporate policies of non responsibility for their own crappy communication.
