Stubhub is a scam. They bait and switch. The afternoon of the concert they sent an email claiming problems with the seller providing me the tickets I paid for and said I could choose from other options from the seller. No section or seats were listed so I selected off of stubhub's other options. None were comparable to what I had originally purchased but I was on the way to the concert. I chose an option and 30 minutes later I got a call from stubhub that those tickets were no longer available. She offered alternative tickets 3 rows farther back. I will not use stubhub again. They also have hidden fees that are outrageous.
