StubHub sells things they don’t even have access to, charge an exorbitant fee to do so, and then hold your money hostage — even when your order doesn’t arrive by the date that they clearly stated on their own website. You are taking a big risk every time you choose to buy with StubHub. Their customer service won’t help you either. They’ll even escalate the call so two people will not help you.
