Got tickets for Barcelona as a gift for my daughter, but they were cancelled as the queued to enter stadium 58 mins before kick off…. no customer service, no assistance just hard luck and a refund.
If they were fans they’d understand the huge disappointment let alone cost of travelling from Dublin.
