Truly awful experience and I'll never use StubHub again. I bought tickets to an Underoath show on 10/17. The ticket I received were for 10/16. Between 10/17 and 10/18, I called StubHub 6 times in order to get this resolved, either by getting a replacement ticket or getting a refund. It's 10/31 and I still don't have a refund. I just finished call #9 moments ago. Multiple agents saying that they'll do something that they didn't do. Multiple statements of "you FORGOT to add a default payout option" despite *never being told* this was something I needed to do to get a refund. Multiple requests for supervisors; received no call backs and was flat-out denied supervisor service during call #9. Tells me that either supervisors get A LOT of callback requests or there's nothing about my experience that's abnormal enough to warrant supervisor intervention...maybe y'all should examine that.
